Child contact services C4F C.I.C is here to support children and families that are unable to be together for whatever reason, we are here to support you.
Sometimes relationships break down, and we know that at times this can be hard for both parties to agree on contact arrangements. Let us help you with this
We have 2 full time centres in Feltham and Watford with a weekend site in Cobham and open to anyone from any area. The main centre in Feltham has 2 consultation suites, huge indoor & outdoor play area with equipment and toys for children of all ages from 0-18 years old. The centre has disability access with ample parking in the local area without parking restrictions parking.

Initial registration and inductions - £75+ vat
Handover £26 per day + vat
Virtual Contact £65 per hour + vat
Supervised contact £64.50 + vat per hour
Supported contact: £43.00 + vat per hour
Indirect Contact £27 + vat PER Communication
Travel 0.45p the mile + £20 per hour - You need to charge both - 0.45p covers the wear and tear and fuel on the vehicle and £20 covers the cost of the staff employment + VAT

Cancellation Policy and other services
Cancellations
The client far as possible provide a minimum of 6 hours' notice if a Contact Session is to be cancelled.
If the Client does not provide 6 hours' notice, the Provider will charge the Client according to the following sliding scale:
More than 24 hours- No charge.
Less than 24 hours - Full cost of Inclusive Contact Hourly rate (unit cost per Inclusive Contact Hour).
C4F will submit invoices for cancellations made in that period detailing the hours of notice given. C4F will ensure that declined and cancelled referrals (cancelled by the provider) are kept below one percent of the overall contact sessions for each quarter.
C4F will provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice if it is unable to cover the Contact Session. C4F will provide a replacement contact supervisor if the usual contact supervisor is unable to cover a contact session.
Non-attendance of Service User: In situations where a contact session’s cancellation is due to the service user not attending (not turning up) the contact session, the Client will make full payment for that contact session.
Non-attendance must be validated by the C4F.
