Fees, Services & Our Cancellation Policy at C4F
We’re proud to provide a safe, supportive space for families navigating contact arrangements. Our Feltham centre includes consultation suites, indoor and outdoor play areas, disability access, and on-site parking. We support children and young people from birth up to 18, along with their families, offering structured services designed around their needs.
We welcome both self-referrals and professional referrals. Please get in touch for specific service details.
Meeting rooms are available to hire at £30 per family, per hour. All new clients pay a one-off £50 registration fee before any contact sessions can be booked.
Our standard opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. Self-referral clients may have slightly different access arrangements, which we’re happy to discuss.
To help us run things fairly and efficiently, please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a session. If you cancel:
More than 24 hours in advance, there’s no charge.
Less than 24 hours (but more than 6), you’ll be charged the full contact session rate.
Less than 6 hours’ notice also incurs the full session charge.
No-shows without notice are charged in full unless the absence can be clearly verified. We invoice based on the time you let us know.
If we ever need to cancel a session, we’ll always aim to give you at least 48 hours’ notice and do our best to provide an alternative supervisor. We’re committed to keeping our provider-cancelled sessions to under 1% per quarter.
