Centre Staffing
The C4F has an effective system in place to recruit, screen and train paid and unpaid staff.
Existing paid and unpaid staff including sessional and regular agency staff must receive the training, support and supervision they require.

Security Internet Procedure
C4F will manage any security incidents. This procedure details the actions and roles required when a security incident occurs. It is provided as guidance to staff. All security incidents are recorded.
Health & Safety Policy
C4F Child Contact Centre is committed to ensure the health, safety and welfare of its volunteers/staff and other persons who may be affected by our activities. We shall ensure that the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and other relevant statutory provisions are carried out so far as reasonably practicable.
